Due to Restrictions with the State of
Hawaii Department of Agriculture, you will not be able to Return the
Plants to us in Hawaii.
Because of this restriction, All Sales

Express, checks (U.S. only), Money Orders and PayPal payments. If paying
by credit card or via PayPal, you can order using our online shopping
cart. If mailing your check or money order, please be sure to include
your invoice number to ensure proper credit.

We will never rent, sell or share your personal data to anyone. We
use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to
complete that order. Our credit card processor (a licensee of the TRUSTe
Privacy Program) receives the data necessary to process the financial
aspect of your order. We may contact you by email regarding the status
of your order. And we may contact you by phone, mail or email if we have
questions regarding your order. We do not store your credit card number
on our web server, but rather in a controlled, off-line environment, to
better safeguard and secure this sensitive information.

Warranties
Our goal is to provide only the very best quality plants, we warrant
our products to be of the variety and quantity advertised.
We take extreme care in packing to ensure our plants are
delivered in good condition. If you encounter damage during shipment,
please take a photography and call us immediately. We will send
replacement at our expense upon approval of Replacement by our Claims
Department. Claims must be accompanied with proof (photograph) and made
within 30 days of shipment.
Our plants are live products which depends on many important related
grower skills such as proper care, watering, use of fertilizers, weed
controls, fungicides, insecticides, disease control and reasonable
weather conditions during the growing period. Plant growth/ flowering is
affected by such factors as temperature, moisture content, light
intensity and type of planting media. These factors are totally out of
our control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk.
Consequentally, we cannot unconditionally guarantee our plants to
perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or
mistakes.

Shipping
How much is shipping?.
Well, that depends on the type of plant, quantity and Shipping Method
to be used.
Our online shopping cart will calculate the shipping
for you.
US Postal Priority Mail
Average Delivery time is
3-5 working days but not guaranteed to anywhere in the US. Saturday
delivery is included.
US Postal - Express
Delivery time is Next Day to all of the West Coast, excluding
remote rural areas and 2 Day delivery to the rest of the US. Saturday,
Sunday and Holiday delivery is Included.
UPS 2nd Day Air
2 Business Days delivery to anywhere in the United States.
Caliifornia Residents: Please not that the US
Department of Agriculture conducts routine Inspection of all Plants
entering your State. This may cause a delay in delivery of your
shipment.
